Senior IT Project Management and Program Management, with 20+ years’ experience in enterprise project delivery, RFP to final project closure report. Specialize in delivering IT infrastructure, network LANs & WAN, call centre solutions, VoIP infrastructure projects and IT operations management & architecture. Implemented over 30 call centre, telecom and Unified communions projects, at sites across North America.

Adept at Vendor Management, building collaborative project teams and keeping open lines of communication with diversified stakeholders.  Responsible for creating measurable project plans to manage scope, time and costs to deliver high quality projects on time and on budget.
